Shipping Policy
All shipping will be posted via Australia Post for small packages, or
by parcel delivery by other firms if a large order is made. On large
light items a cubic weight charge will apply. A parcel with any dimension
greater than 105cm or heavier than 20kg will need to go via TNT with
POA.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally. Should you wish to

Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned
as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return registered via
AusPost. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges
are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund,
your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return
via Paypal Refund process. Please note on the packing slip why you decided
to return our product so that we can improve our service.
Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item
Was Shipped
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please
save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify
us immediately at (08) 82649455 so we can instruct you on the proper handling
of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
